Grace & Reese

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of graceandreese.com (the “Site”) and the private experience, lifestyle, and travel services provided by [Legal entity name], doing business as Grace & Reese (“Grace & Reese,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. A written proposal, invoice, or client agreement for a specific engagement may contain additional terms; if it conflicts with these Terms, the specific document controls for that engagement.

1. Who we are

Grace & Reese is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST-32452. We arrange private experiences, lifestyle services, and travel. We do not own or operate any venue, restaurant, event, hotel, airline, cruise line, villa, yacht, aircraft, tour, or other service we arrange.

2. Our role as your agent

We arrange services on your behalf from independent suppliers, including venues, restaurants, event organizers, ticketing providers, hotels, airlines, cruise lines, villa owners, yacht and aircraft operators, ground transportation companies, tour operators, and insurers. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions, including its cancellation, refund, and liability policies, apply to the services it provides, and you agree to be bound by them. We will share material supplier terms with you before you confirm a booking. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of any supplier, including strikes, delays, overbooking, bankruptcy, or changes to services, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.

3. Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting the “Request an Introduction” form, or receiving a proposal, does not create a booking or reserve any service. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received by us or the supplier.

4. Planning fees

Bespoke engagements may carry a planning fee. The amount, what it covers, and whether any portion is credited toward your booking will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless that written confirmation states otherwise, planning fees are earned when work begins and are non-refundable.

5. Prices and payments

Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and paid, including because of currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier price changes. Deposits and final payments are due on the schedule stated in your proposal or invoice, which generally follows each supplier’s requirements. If a payment is not received on time, the supplier may cancel the booking and charge cancellation penalties. Each invoice will state whether payment is made to Grace & Reese or directly to the supplier. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by each supplier’s policies, which may include significant penalties or non-refundable components. We may also charge a reasonable service fee for changes you request after a booking is confirmed; any such fee will be disclosed in advance. Refunds, where available, are issued according to supplier policies and timelines. Requests to change or cancel must be made in writing.

7. Insurance

For engagements that include travel or significant non-refundable costs, we strongly recommend appropriate insurance, including cancellation, interruption, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage where travel is involved. If you decline insurance, you accept responsibility for losses that insurance might have covered.

8. Travel documents, health, and safety

When an engagement involves travel, you are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and any other documents required, and for meeting entry, health, and vaccination requirements. Many countries require a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. We encourage you to review current information from the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov and from health authorities before you travel. Travel and events involve inherent risks, and you accept those risks when you choose to participate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Reese is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the fees you paid directly to Grace & Reese for the engagement at issue. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or failures of transportation or communication. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information. Descriptions of experiences on the Site are illustrative and are not offers of any specific product or price. The Site’s design, text, and graphics belong to Grace & Reese and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The Site links to third-party websites, such as Google, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible. The Site contains general information only; confidential arrangements and documents are sent to you directly and are not stored on the Site.

12. Communications

By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about it. We will send text messages only with your express consent, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County] County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. The Terms in effect when you confirm a booking apply to that booking.
